About the Awards
STI/SPFA and its members value the safety and health of their employees, customers, communities, and the environment.
STI/SPFA annually recognizes the safe performance of members’ fabrication and field operations. Safety Awards are presented annually to acknowledge the highest achievements in the safe performance of companies engaged in shop fabrication, inspection, maintenance and field construction activities.
Requirements Overview
Safety Awards are presented to Fabricator or Affiliate member employers who have experienced a combination of work-hours or time worked without or a reduction in recordable incident.
There are three categories which members can qualify for including the Safety Diamond Club Award, Safety Award of Excellence and Safety Award of Achievement.
New this year, OSHA 300 log data must be included in your application to verify your award category. You will also have the option to save this data to streamline future entries.
Previous Winners
Winners are published on the STI/SPFA website. In addition, winners will be presented at the STI/SPFA Future|Now Conference each fall.
