Nikhil Dhingra conducts legislative and regulatory research as well as develops engagement strategies to execute on key priorities for clients. This includes advocacy on both Capitol Hill and in the regulatory space at the federal level.
Prior to joining Vogel Group, Nikhil served as an Associate at Michael Best Strategies, where he conducted legislative and regulatory research for clients in the energy, healthcare, and transportation sectors. Nikhil also supported the firm’s procurement practice, developing opportunity trackers that identified relevant RFIs and RFPs for clients.
Nikhil was also an extern for the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE), where he focused on policy research and legislative tracking. In an earlier internship with a major international law firm, Nikhil gained experience preparing policy memos and targeted presentations. He also served as a Legislative Intern in the Office of U.S. Congressman Mike Quigley (D-IL), where he conducted research related to environmental and immigration issues and assisted with communications to constituents.
Nikhil graduated with honors from Cornell University in May 2020 with a B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations and a minor in Law & Society.
