Nicole Kitler joined NCCER in 2013 and currently serves as Workforce Development Manager for the East Coast and US Territories.
In her role, Nicole works with organizations to implement NCCER standardized training and assessment programs to help build a safe and sustainable construction workforce.
Nicole has a passion for careers in construction and works diligently to form partnerships between education and industry.
Nicole graduated from Florida Gateway College.
