Kaylene Smith joined NCCER in 2022, after being a long time NCCER customer working at ABC of Indiana/Kentucky and Ivy Tech Community College managing both NCCER and Registered Apprenticeship Programs.
Kaylene serves as the Workforce Development Manager for IN, OH, PA, KY, WV, NJ, CT, MD, DE, CO and UT. In her role, Kaylene works with organizations to implement NCCER standardized training and assessment programs to help build a safe and sustainable construction workforce. Kaylene brings her experience and passion for careers in construction to form partnerships between education and industry.
Kaylene is a graduate of Ball State University and currently lives in Fort Wayne Indiana.
