This project is part of an expansion to the Tom Harpool Water treatment plant. It consists of an additional storage pond along with both outlet and inlet structures tying into the existing steel water lines.

The inlet structure starts with (1) 48″ and (1) 74″ Raw water inlet splitting and reducing to 54″ and 48″. The 48″ proceeds through the inlet structure stopping at existing piping on the opposite side.

The outlet structure starts with (2) 66″ x 54″ Reducers in the intake structure then making a 90-degree bend towards the outlet structure. At the outlet structures the 54″ lines connect to a 72″ header and then is distributed out to a 48″ line connecting to existing and a 30″ line that increases in size to 42″ at an elbow exiting through the floor before continuing on to connect to existing piping at the membrane structure. An additional 54″ line is at the outlet structure capped off for future expansion.

Lastly the pipe at the Overflow and Drain structure has (1) 36″ line that is capped for future expansion and another 36″ line that continues out before connecting to existing piping. In total there is approximately 3100 feet of 36″ pipe outside of the Overflow and Drain structure.
