The recently installed nozzle hole cutting machine has been installed and is producing accurate holes with good quality. The scanner gives repeatable accuracy to the location of the holes to be cut. The High Definition CNC Plasma torch cuts with precision and is capable of beveling the hole openings also.
The project that we are highlighting was a 63″ ID x .375″ thick, SA 240,304H Std F & D Head with (55) 35-11/16″ holes cut in the head that was used as a baffle. This advanced technology should transform the tankhead market on how the product is ordered in the future.
