The project arises from the need of a client who requests equipment to contain Diesel and Gasoline in the same compartmentalized tank. It is to be used in an engine testing laboratory and to be able to supply these fuels.
Service station for storage of Diesel fuel and gasoline through 2 compartments equal with a capacity of 5M³, whose function is the internal fuel supply.
The station consists of a tank built under Fireguard license. With total capacity of 10M³ distributed in two 5M³ compartments. A supply reception island with a double low jet flow.
The station consists of a 5+5m3 Fireguard design tank with access to its connections via ladder and platform above the tank.
At the front of the station there is an additional basin with a roof, where the pumping, dispatch and electrical connection equipment is housed.
The equipment fulfills the following functions:
-Filling the Gasoline -Diesel compartments
-Individual dispatch of each compartment through a dispenser.
-Fuel recirculation to homogenize the product.
-Fuel additive and sampling.
-Total drainage of the compartments.
-Level control using probes.
-Safety automation for operation.
-System of CO2 fire suppression for each compartment.
