First, perform regular tank maintenance procedures on your tanks, whether steel or FRP, to monitor and remove excess water and thus ensure fuel quality. Second, send regular fuel samples at time of delivery to an independent laboratory for analysis. That water in your tank may be coming from your delivery truck.
