Bart Gragg has worked in some of the toughest industries out there including working in oil and gas exploration, heavy industrial dismantling, refinery repair and turnaround services, and pipeline construction.

He understands first-hand the pain that employees, managers, and supervisors go through when they don’t understand what their job really entails or are not given the tools to perform their duties. And he knows that their managers are frustrated as well.

Bart is the author of several books, notably They’re Managers – Now What?: How to Develop Blue Collar Managers and Supervisors.

He is currently editing two upcoming books – Cracking the Manager’s Code: The Best Managers Become Leaders and How to Keep Your Job – It’s More Than Just Showing Up.

Bart developed Blue Collar University® based on his experience and discovery of the tools that make people even more successful as supervisors, managers, and owners.

When asked what his greatest strength is, he replies, “Asking creative questions and showing leaders how to solve problems through people.”

Bart holds the Occupational Hygiene and Safety Technician (OHST) certificate from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and is an OSHA Authorized 10 and 30-hour Trainer in General Industry. He has a B.S. in Geology from the University of Houston.
