The $50 Billion Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA) is the single largest investment in clean water infrastructure that the government has ever made. Other programs like the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) have unlocked additional funds available to municipalities looking to improve their water/wastewater infrastructure. In addition, collaborative delivery methods may be an attractive option for asset owners.

For all these programs, there are requirements, regulations, and deadlines around the use of funding for water infrastructure that owners will need to know in order to effectively optimize these generational opportunities.
