You have 30 days from the time when your payment is received to complete the entire recertification process. You may not begin an exam until your site reports have been approved.

Once you begin either Exam A or Exam B, you have only 24 hours to complete that exam.

You must pass Exam A with at least 75% to access Exam B.

Your certificate will be sent via email once exam results are verified.
