Peter is a LRQA Lead Assessor for the SPFA Pipe Quality Certification program.
Prior to joining LRQA, he was the National Quality Manager for a steel and concrete pressure pipe manufacturer for 13 years, with responsibility for quality assurance at up to 10 facilities in the US and Canada, 3 of which were SPFA-certified. He has participated in more than 50 SPFA audits as an auditor or auditee.
He is an American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Auditor, Exemplar Global Quality Management Systems Auditor, American Welding Society (AWS) Certified Welding Inspector and AMPP Certified Coatings Inspector.
Peter graduated from the United States Naval Academy with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
