Mr. Tigerstrand has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and 25+ years of experience in technical marketing of stainless steel, particularly related to duplex and high-alloy stainless steels. He has worked in various managerial positions at Outokumpu covering R&D, technical & quality, and sales & marketing. Active in standards development work related EN, API, ASTM and ASME for tanks, vessels and structural applications in general.
Currently Mr. Tigerstrand holds a position as Head of Strategic Market Process Industry for business line Advanced Materials. He is based in Avesta, Sweden.
