Justin Winery Waste Water Expansion

(1) Rectangular Shop Built Waste Water Processing Tank – This multi chambered open top waste water processing tank was built from 7ga 304 2B stainless steel. It was built to the customers specific requirements for the purpose of digesting and filtering waste rise water that is generated during the production of wine. The tank is 8′ wide 10′ tall and 24′ long. All of the structure and bracing for the tank was installed on the interior of the tank to aid in aesthetics and making the exterior easy to clean. The innovative design of this tank was constructed with two main processing chambers and three integral rinsing chambers. This design allows the facility to maintain operation of the tank while one chamber is being serviced. An overhead gantry crane was installed over the top of this tank for lifting and servicing of the filters. Each chamber is equipped with an access door for maintenance and cleaning purposes. After waste water has been processed through this tank, it is then used for irrigation around the facility. This tank is one of the safest and most efficient tanks of its kind in use today.
