Dean Lioliou is the NA Sales & Commercial Manager and the NA SME for Henkel/Anodeflex and has over 38 years of technical sales and consulting experience. He is NACE CP II Certified with a focus on Deep Anode and Linear Anode Cathodic Protection Systems, Above Ground Storage Tanks CP Systems, and Pipeline AC Induced Corrosion Mitigation in the oil & gas/energy market.
He has presented various aspects of CP solutions to multiple operators, contractors, engineering firms, AMPP Conferences and Chapters, STI/SPFA, and to NISTM (the National Conferences of the National Institute of Storage Tank Management), and has served as a technical resource to pipeline and tank owner/operators, and upstream producers, helping to develop cost effective, long-term corrosion solutions for their CP needs.
He is very active in AMPP & formerly NACE, having previously served in many positions on the former NACE TX/LA Chapter including Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Trustee, the previous Chairman of the NACE Central Area, the NACE Exhibits and Conferences Committee, the NACE Membership Committee, a member of the AMPP Permian, Houston, Tulsa, and San Antonio Chapters, a previous member of the AMPP ACEC Committee, and the previous Chairman of the AMPP Central Area, and the previous Chairman of the 2025 AMPP Central Area Conference.
He has lived in the Houston area for over 52 years, a Cypress, TX resident. He has two very successful daughters, his dog, and loves woodworking. He holds a BBA from The University of Houston, Bauer College of Business.
