Leadership High Payoff Activities (HPAs) are the top six things a leader should spend at least 80% of their time doing in order to be most effective.
This session helps a leader become aware of what their own leadership HPAs actually are. They will learn to establish in writing these foundational guidelines as an ongoing reference and personal time management tool.
By putting these in place for themselves, the leader will begin to see how HPAs can be used to help their people become more productive.
