Wyckoff WTP Clearwell #3

This project is a new pipeline that attaches two existing clearwells to an additional new clearwell. It consists of approximately 1800 lineal feet of 86 3/4″ O.D. spiral welded steel pipe at 1/2″ thickness except at valves where pipe wall thickness was required to be at 1″ thick for a minimum distance of 7′-2″ on either side of the valves.

Pipe was coated with AWWA C222 polyurethane at a minimum thickness of 25 mils and lined with AWWA C205 Cement Mortar at a thickness of 1/2″.  Both the polyurethane and cement mortar was applied in house.

All materials in contact with water are certified to NSF-61 standards for potable drinking water.

(1) 86 3/4″ O.D. x  57 1/8″ O.D. Eccentric Reducer 10′-0″ long

(5) 86 3/4″ O.D. size on size tees
(4) 86 3/4″ O.D. Dished Heads
(17) 86 3/4″ O.D. Multi section mitered elbows
