Southern Iowa Rural Water Association

Southern Iowa Rural Water System is expanding services to customers by including water treatment in addition to water storage and distribution. They decided to build a water treatment facility.

To build the water treatment facility to the capacity necessary for their system needs, they also needed a large water storage tank to handle the treated water. They decided to build a 1,000,000-gallon toro-ellipsoidal elevated water storage tank to accommodate their growing needs.
