30,000 Gallon Grease Tanks

The use of bolt-on dimple steam jackets was a first for our company. Fully welded Dimpled jackets can be costly and beyond our shop capability. With a bolt on pre-manufactured dimple jacket from Paul Mueller, all we needed to do was weld brackets onto the tank. The jackets ship with a thermal paste on the shell side. These tanks shipped to a cold weather location in Spring of 2024. They are fully operational as of December, 2024. Despite freezing weather, the jackets and insulation are operating as designed.
