The Patrick Kennedy Leadership Award recognizes individuals who exemplify leadership within STI/SPFA and the steel fabrication industry.

Each year nominations are submitted and winners are selected by the Emerging Leaders Committee. Winners are announced during the STI/SPFA Fall Meeting.
