Each piece is a Square to Round, Offset Reducing 49 1/4″ OD down to 31 1/4″ OD 90 Degree (11 pc) Mitered Flanged Elbow, with a 26″ Saddled Outlet, also (6) 3″x3″x3/8″ Annular Stiffening Rings. We had to put a Blind Flange on, with angle iron welded to the inside of the Blind Flange and the saddle cut out welded to the bottom of the angle iron to create a smooth flow.
Each piece is rated for 200 PSI Test.
Coated with a C210 Liquid Epoxy Primer and Lined with 80 Mils of C222 Polyurethane.

In 2022, the City of Cleveland contracted for a new 1,000,000 gallon “All-Steel”, single-pedestal spheroid style tank which is one of the tallest spheroid tanks ever built. Towering above the horizon, this tank extends 234′-6 above it’s base foundation.

Engineer, Dismantle, Transport, and Re-Erection of (2) 75’-5 Dia x 250psig LPG Spheres in Ecuador. The spheres were dismantled and re-erected more than 300 km away at another LPG facility. Reconstructed spheres were designed to match the original design of ASME Section VIII, Div 2.
