The STI/SPFA Bylaws address the operation, manner and procedures by which the business of the association is conducted. The Bylaws are incorporated by reference in the STI/SPFA Membership Applications for members building STI/SPFA licensed technologies and referred to in agreements executed by member companies when they join STI/SPFA. The STI/SPFA Bylaws help govern the association along with the STI/SPFA Antitrust Policy and STI/SPFA AI Notetaking Policy.
