Filter Building Piping
Pipe sizes ranging from 24″ to 42″ starting from two 66″ encased filtered water lines and ending at twelve wall pipe connections located at the filter walls. One 48″ encased pipe is the starting point for twelve 24″ lines that included a 180 degree fabricated bend each then increases in size to 30″ before attaching to the before mentioned 42″ pipe on one end and 66″ pipe on the other. All twelve pipe lines included flanged connections, size on size fabricated saddles, flanged and dished head covers, pipe supports and fabricated five piece 90 degree bends.
Each set of filter piping had different dimensions that the pipe had to be fabricated to match existing tie-in locations and elevations.
