This project included the construction of an 82-foot diameter by 30-foot tall, 1.0-MG AWWA D-100 welded steel tank featuring an internal press-brake formed knuckle roof. The press-brake roof system was selected for its structural efficiency and consistency, providing increased plate stiffness and reliable load transfer while minimizing internal roof components. This resulted in a durable, low-maintenance roof structure well suited for long-term service.

The tank was added to an active site containing two existing tanks and included the construction of a new electrical building, CMU perimeter wall and fencing, and complete site paving. Construction sequencing and material selection allowed the new tank to be integrated efficiently while maintaining site access and operational continuity.

While the tank includes standard appurtenances, a level level indicator (LLI) was added after the owner determined that transmitter data alone did not provide sufficient operational confidence. The addition of the LLI enhanced system redundancy and operator visibility, improving overall reliability and day-to-day operation of the facility.
