These three vessels were 10′-0″ diameter X 10′-0″ tangent length with dished heads made of 304 stainless steel on (4) support legs. These reactors each had twenty-eight nozzles ranging from 1-20″ in size. The reactors had six internal helical coils, each with nineteen turns. The exterior of each reactor also featured eighteen 3-inch half-pipe turns, which provide superior heat transfer for high-pressure, high-temperature applications. In this instance, the half pipe was used for heating the product inside the vessel.

We used our new manufacturing building to fabricate all three reactors, keeping them separate from all carbon-steel tanks and vessels.

I remain very proud of our team, whose commitment to this project via safety, quality, and efficiency was absolutely top-notch.
