Northwest Pump Station

This is Northwest Pump Station in Abilene, Texas. The pipe started by connecting to existing buried Ductile Iron and PVC. From the underground connections we entered the building below grade to the suction side of the pumps with ANSI flanges. There are 8 pumps total. From the pumps above grade on the discharge side, we continued throughout the building before returning back below grade connecting into the existing. All pipe 24″ and larger and fittings were fabricated in our facility. This project was designed for maximum flexibility built into the line to mitigate vibrations and to help ease future maintenance.

Standards used are AWWA C200, C205, C207, C208, C210, and M11.
