Lakeside Valve Station

The pipe was manufactured per AWWA C200 from high-strength steel and lined and coated with cement mortar for piping outside of the facility per AWWA C205.
Piping inside the valve station consist of a High build epoxy coating per AWWA C210. Multiple types of connections were used due to limited space and constraints for installation. The final tie-in for the discharge line consist of a header that will merge into a crotch plated reducing TEE that will maintain a working pressure of 175PSI. Features include 100% radiographic and ultrasonic inspection of all welded joints.
