Holley Navarre Water System 1,000,000 Gallon Elevated Storage Tank

This project was for the design, procurement, fabrication, construction and painting of a 1,000,000 gallon “All-Steel” single pedestal spheroid style elevated water storage tank for Holley-Navarre Water System. The project included all necessary construction including sitework and pipework necessary to connect to the existing facilities and meet the approval of the Owner and the Engineer.

The exterior paint system included for a high end Hydroflon topcoat for a total minimum 8.5 mil overall thickness to minimize ultraviolet degradation maintaining gloss retention for years to come. This system has the potential to last for up to 30 years lowering the overall maintenance costs for the customer.

The overall work site was a tight space challenged by the protection of a wetland area, a large home in close proximity and an apartment complex within a few hundred yards of the work area. We were able avoid any issues and/or addressed all concerns in relation to the ongoing work which allowed for the successful completion of this “All-Steel” single pedestal spheroid style elevated water storage tank within the budget and timeframe of Holley-Navarre Water System.

The sleek, smooth curved profile and pleasing aesthetics of this tank will not only provide much needed water supply and pressure to Holley-Navarre’s residents, it will also serve as a monument for the community.
