100k BBL Biodiesel Storage Tank

Project consisted of the engineering, procurement, and fabrication of (1) 106′ x 66′ tall cone roof tank for a repeat client. The tank adds 4,350,000 gallons of capacity to the terminal with two other existing sister tanks that are the same size. This capacity will help the owner meet the area’s growing demand for biodiesel. This tank and associated terminal facilities support truck loading of over 50% of the vehicular fuel demands of the state of Arizona.

In addition to the tank, our scope of work included the foundation design and the foam fire protection chambers and piping. Field construction was in the early months of 2025 to mitigate the inefficiencies of the summer heat in Phoenix, AZ. The project was completed safely with zero incidents.
