This publication has been developed by the Safety Committee, which is comprised of certified safety experts working in the tank fabrication and field erection arenas. This guideline provides a minimum safe erection, use, maintenance, dismantling, inspection and training of employees in the hazards of tank builders scaffolds. This booklet does not replace guidelines already established by federal or state standards.
