PMAA: EPA’s proposed UST rules cost $1.3 billion
From PEI’s Tulsa Letter, 10/31/12:
It could cost the industry more than $1.3 billion to comply with EPA’s proposed UST inspection and testing requirements, according to comments filed last week by the Petroleum Marketers Association of America (PMAA). The trade group commented that the requirements would cost each of the 233,157 affected facilities $6,100 per year.
