Wilson F. Frazier is the Safety Manager for Caldwell Tanks, Inc. He has served the Caldwell family for over 24 years, building a culture of safety and caring as the Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety. Wilson is passionate about holistically caring for today’s workforce and mentoring leaders to create a culture of active caring through servant minded leadership.
Wilson is a Certified Safety Professional with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Safety and Risk Management and a Master of Science in Loss Prevention and Safety from Eastern Kentucky University.
Wilson currently represents the Steel Tank Institute/Steel Plate Fabricators Association (STI/SPFA) on the ANSI Z117.1 Confined Space Standard and ANSI A10.43 Confined Space Entry for Construction and Demolition Operations subcommittee. Wilson is past Chairman of the STI/SPFA Safety Committee.
Wilson’s adrenaline junkie passions include raising three kids, serving his wife, mountain climbing, ultra-running, cowboy wannabe horse riding, scuba diving, traveling, and climbing really tall tanks.
