Linda and Tery Tennant are partners with Attainment Incorporated, a 35 year franchise of Leadership Management International (LMI), a worldwide company, consistently named #1 in “Training Programs” by Entrepreneur Magazine. They facilitate leaders in improving leadership skills and increasing employee performance and engagement, resulting in numerous business leaders taking their businesses to the next level. Tery and Linda have presented their engaging workshops to trade associations from Alaska to Florida, and their articles on leadership and productivity improvement have been widely published in various trade association publications.
Prior to founding Attainment, Linda was a vice president of an international company, and also trained thousands of managers and sales people worldwide. Tery was formerly in facility operations and management consulting, where he led several large teams and received numerous leadership awards.
